Here’s how it works… The Steinhausen Showcase Store will allow you to purchase just about any Steinhausen product and try it for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, return it to us and pay only the shipping charges. You heard that right. Try just about any Steinhausen product for 30 days w/o paying for it.
What’s the “just about any product” catch? Well, we can’t let you try parts, for example, the watch bands. However, watch winders, watches, sunglasses, wallets, money clips, just about everything else is yours to evaluate for 30 days. The fine print is that we must be able to authorize your credit card for the full order amount at the time of purchase. Obviously, we can’t let you showcase a $1,500 Tourbillon if we already know that you can’t pay for it in the first place. The authorization is not a charge and will only be settled to your account after 30 days.
If you don’t like the product, contact our customer service to receive an RMA number. They will provide you with a link that will give you a UPS label for your return. Once we receive it back, we will only charge you for the shipping. No restocking fee. No special charges. You only pay for the shipping.
